New The Cleansing album update

At last!

We recently finished the recording sessions of the new yet untitled 2nd The Cleansing album!
On Monday the 9th of August we will enter CB studios in Denmark with producer Christian Bonde to mix the album that consists of nine tracks.

We are also proud to announce that mastering engineer Bjørn Engelmann (who has worked with Behemoth and Bloodbath to mention a few) will do the mastering of the album at Cutting Room Studios in Sweden.

This album is really gonna crush in so many ways! We really feel it's the next big step for The Cleansing !

Recording New Album + New Member!

GREETINGS ....

It's about time we let you in on some news regarding our new yet untitled 2nd album!

Toke is - as we speak - laying down vocal tracks for this slap of brutality that will be our next punch in the face! He's been doing a great job so far - it sounds KILLER!
The drums were recorded in February at CB studios in Denmark - needless to say Morten did an amazing job recording the drums! Expect nothing but over-the-top drumming!
We still need to record a lot of guitar stuff but plan to get all guitars, solos and bass done by mid-August.

On another note - we are glad to welcome our new bass player Mads Haarløv (Iniquity, Strangler, Sacrificial, Swollen). We are very excited to start working with Mads!

Finally we would like to thank all who came to see us at the Danish tour, it was a blast!
Also thanks to Dawn of Demise and their crew, Morten Birk for helping us out with the sound every evening and Mads Lauridsen for playing the drums of doom!

On a final note, if you are going to the Metal Magic III festival held in Fredericia, Denmark we are playing on Friday 9th of June at 08.00pm at the "Indoor arena"!
